James Eric Hartzell is a graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design (BFA 2009). He works as a full time professional artist specializing in illustration, murals and sign painting based in St. Petersburg, Florida. James has exhibited work in Atlanta and Tampa Bay Areas along with painting murals in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and Jamaica.

You can find a new series of his work "Life Cartography" on display March 1st - March 31st at Forever Florida, 2629 Central Ave in St. Pete, FL. Opening Reception will be March 8th from 5-9pm. Closing Reception will be March 30th from 3-7pm featuring poetry readings and an artist talk from 4-5pm.
